The 32nd Rainbow Reel Tokyo LGBTQ+ Film Festival
The 32nd Rainbow Reel Tokyo – Tokyo International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival returns this summer, celebrating LGBTQ+ cinema with a curated selection of films from Japan and abroad. Running for four days across two venues, the festival takes place from June 21 to 22 at EuroLive in Shibuya and July 12 to 13 at Tokyo Women’s Plaza Hall.
Since 1992, this volunteer-run event has been a vital platform for diverse SOGI (Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity) stories, fostering community through film. The lineup and ticket details will be announced in late May.
