Served in a toasted bun, the crispy fried chicken is coated in a glaze that blends the smoky heat of chipotle with the natural sweetness of mango. A tangy kimchi mayonnaise adds a subtle kick, balancing the flavors and creating a bold seasonal burger inspired by the vibrant energy of early summer.
Located on the first floor of the luxurious hotel, Andaz Tokyo, BeBu is a spacious and casual setting with a bright wooden interior and large windows that will make you feel like you are dining in the States. As well as sumptuous selection of burgers and various other equally mouth-watering dishes, there are also some great drink choices such as draft beer and house wine.
