Feast on Candy Almond Raspberry Pancakes
Founded in April 2001 by chef-husband and wife, Neil Kleinberg and DeDe Lahman, Clinton Street Baking Company started out as a bakery and small coffee cafe on New York’s Lower East Side. Most well known for its pancakes, the business continues to go from strength to strength and now has international shops in locations like Tokyo, Dubai and Singapore.
From August 23 until August 31, the Tokyo location is celebrating its 12th anniversary with a special menu that includes Candy Almond Raspberry Pancakes; fluffy pancakes topped with raspberry sauce and candy almonds. This can be enjoyed with a special pairing of Harney & Sons Raspberry Iced Tea.
Those feeling very hungry can celebrate with the 12th Anniversary 12-Stack Pancakes, which include maple butter, blueberry sauce, banana and chocolate, in addition to three sides of your choice. During the anniversary celebrations, customers can also participate in a no-lose lottery to win special coupons.
