Johnnie Walker, the world’s top Scotch whiskey brand, will hold a pop-up event at Azabudai Hills Gallery. The pop-up, titled, “Johnnie Walker Blonde presents ‘Walk Into Magic Hour,'” will be an immersive experience where visitors can enjoy “magic hour,” said to be the most beautiful time of day, even while indoors.
The event will be produced by rapper and creative director TaiTan, known for other highly-popular events like the Toh silent shoplifting game.
Celebrating the release of Johnnie Walker Blonde, guests can enjoy cocktails made with the new whiskey in a massive art set that recreates the dusky beauty of magic hour. The theming around “magic hour” comes from the product’s target to overturn the traditional image of whiskey as a “nighttime drink.” Blonde’s new concept is centered on whiskey as an evening drink to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Johnnie Walker Blonde whiskey has a fruity taste with a smooth, vanilla-like finish, achieved through careful blending and aging in American oak casks.

The event uses the actual set that was used in the Blonde commercial shoot, taking guests behind-the-scenes. It features a giant sun that recreated that magical hour atmosphere and five rooftop scenes. Guests will be given a “backstage pass” that can be used to receive one free drink.
Participants must be 20 years or older to attend. Photo ID may be required for age verification.
