A Hiking Festival At The Foot of Mt. Fuji

“Go Out Super Hiking Japan” is back for a 2-day, 1-night hiking and camping adventure at the beautiful foot of Mt. Fuji.

Whether you’re an experienced trailblazer or a complete beginner looking to connect with nature, this event is designed for everyone to enjoy the outdoors at their own pace — enjoying the stunning landscapes, delicious food and a variety of content including music, talk shows and exhibition booths.

On day 1 (around 13 km), guests will trek through the mystical Aokigahara forest, explore the Narusawa Ice Cave and catch spectacular views from the summit of Momijidai before descending to camp. Day 2 (around 4 km) will be an easy, breezy stroll through forests and along Lake Saiko, finishing up at the picturesque Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba.

The all-inclusive ticket comes with three delicious provided meals: Saturday lunch and dinner, plus Sunday breakfast. There is also no need to carry a heavy backpack. A luggage delivery service is available to the campsite, and tents and sleeping bags can be conveniently rented.

A variety of live stage performances by alternative folk artists such as Pahuma and Sis will give the event a festival vibe. Enjoy talk shows, cozy bonfires, and interactive workshops under the stars.

Hikers can get the standard participation ticket (includes 3 meals) for ¥13,000. A participation and parking pass ticket is available for ¥14,000. A bus included ticket is available for ¥24,800 through Fujikyu Travel.
