Roppongi’s Famed Tunnel of Light
The famous 400-meter-long winter illuminations along Keyakizaka street are back for Roppongi Hills Christmas from November 5 to December 25.
The street will transforms into a beautiful tunnel of light with approximately 970,000 dazzling LEDs (lit up daily around 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.). The glittering trees line the chic street, providing a famously romantic view with the illuminated Tokyo Tower visible in the distance.
Visitors can explore more illuminations across Roppongi Hills. The 66 Plaza & Mori Garden Illuminations will feature sparkling champagne-gold trees and pure white light accents for a sophisticated winter atmosphere from November 13 to December 27.
The Westwalk Christmas Tree, created with the theme of “haute couture in bloom,” will display a stunning, larger-than-life floral art installation designed by Megu/Petal Design and sponsored by Tiffany & Co. The installation will run from November 13 to December 25.
