A Six-Artist Spectacle
Songwriter, guitarist and producer Takuro Okada, whose new album Konoma was released in November 2025, will be making his first appearance in approximately two and a half years live at Cotton Club.
Okada has been active as a solo artist and performing live with various musicians such as Yuuga, Satoko Shibata and James Blackshaw. He has also demonstrated his skills as a producer and mixing engineer.
In this special one-night-only performance, Okada will present a setlist centered on songs from his new album, which explores how he, as a Japanese artist, understands and pays homage to African American music. As part of the sextet, the show will feature Takuro Okada on guitar, Shoei Ikeda on saxophone, Yuma Koda on piano and keyboard, Yuka Konishi on bass, So Ebihara on drums and Kazuhiko Masumura on percussion.
