A ‘Classic’ Afternoon Tea Service at Hyatt Regency Tokyo’s Signature Bar
Hyatt Regency Tokyo opened Nineteen Eighty Lounge & Bar at the end of April 2025 under the sparkling chandelier that is the symbol of the hotel. Expressing the hotel’s desire to move forward while cherishing its 45-year history, the bar is providing a “classic” afternoon tea service in collaboration with Pierre Hermé from June 1, 2025.
Savory dishes include Aomori smoked salmon trout roll sandwich, Hokkaido fresh cream and lobster quiche Lorraine, tuna tartar with black sesame, Tokyo mozzarella cheese and fruit tomato caprese and duck breast with pepper. For the second course, guests can enjoy sweet dishes such as Millefeuille infiniment vanille, macaron infiniment pistache, cheesecake mosaïc, carrément chocolat, chocolat ispahan, scone fraise and a frappé macaron ispahan.
