The modern luxury hotel Mesm Tokyo (stylized as mesm Tokyo) is now offering a new style of semi-lunch buffet. Inspired by “traiteur” the French word for a delicatessen or prepared foods shop, this buffet allows you to enjoy authentic French cuisine in a relaxed, free-flowing style.
It is offering a constant selection of about 15 amuse-bouches and hors d’oeuvres, three varieties of bread, four desserts and two types of beverages. For the main dish, guests can choose from three options, including fish and domestic Japanese beef, which will be cooked to order and served fresh to your table.
