Celebrate the Arrival of Spring 

Bills, the all-day dining restaurant from Sydney, Australia, is holding a spring-exclusive event, “Hanami at Bills,” across all eight Bills (stylized as bills) locations in Japan. During this special period, each restaurant will feature a stunning display of indoor cherry blossoms, creating a serene and immersive seasonal atmosphere.

A selection of seasonal specialties is available, including the hibiscus spritz – hibiscus, rosehip tea, lime and soda, the oolong tea and cherry bundt cake and the hugely popular shokupan French toast with cherry compote, mascarpone and pistachio. 

The oolong tea and cherry bundt cake is a fragrant, moist dessert infused with finely ground oolong tea and generously filled with seasonal cherries. It is delicately baked to highlight the tea’s subtle floral notes alongside the fruit’s natural sweetness.

The shokupan French toast with cherry compote pairs soft, locally sourced Japanese shokupan with house-made cherry compote and a hint of orange zest, adding a refreshing citrus accent.

The hibiscus spritz – hibiscus, rosehip tea, lime and soda is a sophisticated non-alcoholic drink that blends tart hibiscus and rosehip tea with a bright lime finish and refreshing fizz, topped with a delicate touch of house-made mint syrup.
