An Afternoon Tea Set Centered Around Chestnuts
The colorful tones of Tokyo Node Dining’s afternoon tea set evoke the feeling of late autumn. There are four kinds of sweet and four kinds of savory dishes. Including in the former is a Mont Blanc dessert using Japanese chestnuts from Aso with a mellow and elegant flavor, a rich chestnut panna cotta with bergamot-scented Earl Grey jelly, a bittersweet cream puff with chestnut and caramel and a refreshing mandarin orange tart.
The savory menu includes Akagi wagyu beef, smoked salmon sandwiches, cream-based shrimp and purple vine gratin, as well as cauliflower fritters with anchovy and tarragon tartar.
