A Collaborative Lunch and Dinner Program with the New National Theatre, Tokyo

Mesm Tokyo is currently offering its second collaborative lunch and dinner program with the New National Theatre, Tokyo at the 16th-floor French dining restaurant Chef’s Theatre.

Themed on Sir Frederick Ashton’s version of the ballet “Cinderella,” it offers a gastronomic experience with motifs full of dreams and magic, such as the “Pumpkin Carriage” and the “Fairies of the Seasons.” All of this will be expressed through a colorful bistronomy course menu. Guests can enjoy a memorable time in a sophisticated space that resonates with the dynamism of Tokyo.

The Lunch course includes a beetroot mousse and marinated octopus, baked lamb pie with a lemon balm aroma and a berry jelly and fromage blanc mousse with four kinds of sauce and more. The Dinner Course features Mont Blanc with lobster and lily root, sautéed grouper with herbs, roasted Kyoto duck with seasonal vegetables and more.
