A Seasonal Menu Inspired by Cherry Blossoms in Bloom
Starting in March, The Tavern – Grill & Lounge is introducing its Sakura Strawberry Afternoon Tea course, featuring a seasonal menu inspired by cherry blossoms in bloom. The selection includes a Sakura Mochi Sable with cherry blossom mousse and warabi mochi and a Strawberry & Red Shiso Opera accented with white chocolate. Savory highlights include a Goat Cheese, Beetroot Mini Slider with pistachio and Tasmanian mustard.
Guests can also enjoy a tableside chocolate service featuring a new Sakura Chocolate & Dried Cherry Blossom variety served with red and white strawberries. The lounge will be decorated with cherry blossoms for guests to be immersed in an indoor hanami experience.
