In celebration of the New Year, the observation deck at Shibuya Sky, Shibuya Scramble Square will open for a special viewing of the first sunrise of 2024. The priest of Konno Hachimangu Shrine in Shibuya will also be present to wish everyone happiness, and to lead the New Year’s prayers.
