The latest horror exhibition from Yami — known for the “Missing Persons Exhibition” and the “Fear Exhibition” — this interactive exhibition explores the Mandela Effect, the phenomenon where large groups of people share memories of things that never actually happened.
Visitors confront the shifting boundary between memory and reality through displays they view, touch and interact with. The script comes from writer Yu Shinada, who also works under the name Da Vinci Osorezan, bringing together the creative team behind several popular horror exhibitions. Rather than jump scares, the exhibition builds a slow, psychological sense of unease.
