Celebrate the season with a limited-time culinary experience at Sunshine City Prince Hotel’s Washoku Musashino. The autumn kaiseki (traditional multi-course meal) presents a partnership with the historic Tatsuma Honke Sake Brewery — a prestigious brewery with over 360 years of history from Hyogo Prefecture — for an exclusive sake and kaiseki pairing event.
Head Chef Takanori Saiki has crafted a stunning 7-course meal highlighting seasonal autumn ingredients and the rich flavors of Hyogo’s climate. Each dish is carefully designed to bring out the best in the ingredients, perfectly complemented by a curated selection of six exquisite sakes.
The seasonal course will only be available for a limited time, from October 2 to October 24. The kaiseki meal costs ¥20,000 per person, and a food-only option i also available for ¥18,000.
