Combining Authentic local Favorites and Creative Interpretations by Tokyo Chefs
Shinagawa Prince Hotel is one of 13 Prince hotels across Japan participating in the Hawaiian Fair 2026, where guests can enjoy Hawaiian-inspired cuisine at the hotel’s restaurant, coffee lounge and boulangerie.
The fair forms part of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the iconic Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on Hawaii Island, which recently completed a nearly US$240 million, multi-phase renovation.
The menu combines authentic local favorites that faithfully recreate recipes served at the Hawaiian resort with creative interpretations by Tokyo chefs.
Highlights include Hawaiian roots chowder, Shrimp Santorini, fish crudo, mochiko chicken and Hapuna-style Kalua pig. The Frederico, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel’s signature cocktail prepared using the original recipe, is also not to be missed.
