The Musical Legacy of Resident Evil

Resident Evil, known as “Biohazard” in Japan, will celebrate its 30th anniversary. To commemorate the legacy of the beloved horror game and media franchise, Capcom will organize a special live orchestral performances. The concert will come just in time for the release of the latest game title, Resident Evil Requiem, and will also feature many of the series’ classic songs.

The symphony will be performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Hirofumi Kurita.

Three performances are scheduled at Omiya Sonic City Hall. On March 7, doors will open at 17:30 and the performance will start at 18:30. On March 8, doors will open for the daytime performance at 12:30 and the show will start at 13:30. For the evening performance, doors will open at 17:30 and the performance will start at 18:30.

Tickets are electronic only, and available on the official event website. S-tier seats are ¥11,000 and A-tier seats are ¥10,000. Special S-tier tickets with limited-edition ambassador merchandise are available for ¥18,000 and guests will receive their exclusive goods at the venue on the day of the performance. Preschool children are not allowed to enter the concert.

The E-plus advanced ticket lottery application period will run from January 23 to February 2, and results will be announced on February 7 around 13:00. General ticket sales (sold on a first come, first served basis) will open on February 12 from 10:00.
