Celebrate the Holidays at Universal Studios Japan
Universal Studios Japan will celebrate the holiday season from November 19 to January 4 with new shows, exciting attractions, limited edition merchandise and seasonal menus.

Shows and Attractions
Light Up the Night: Christmas Celebration is a joyous new night show that will run exclusively through USJ’s holiday season around Gramercy Park in the New York area of the park. The show features Christmas songs, dances and pyrotechnics for a holiday spectacle. The show will also have special appearances from characters such as Hello Kitty, Snoopy and Elmo. Light Up the Night will be performed twice a day, for approximately 30 minutes.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will be hosting its popular seasonal projection mapping show, Hogwarts Magical Night – Winter Magic. The show casts a beautiful winter spell over Hogwarts Castle accompanied by the magical music from the Harry Potter films.
Continuing the winter wizarding magic, Hogwarts Castle Walk is an interactive attraction where guests can explore the nooks and crannies of Hogwarts Castle, including the hall of talking portraits. The attraction will be available from September 1 to January 4. The Holiday Frog Choir is a seasonal version of the popular show with Hogwarts students singing with enchanted frogs.
The Power of Rock: Holidays are Rockin’ show will have rock arrangements of classic Christmas songs with live vocals and energetic dancers. Universal Wonderland: Let’s Rock Together is a fun dance show for children featuring multiple beloved characters.

Various characters will be greeting guests throughout the park wearing holiday costumes.
The Minion Jingle Bellow Meet & Greet, held at Minion Park, will feature Minions dressed in various Christmas costumes. There will be even more Minions for meet-and-greets at the entrance of the park, with the characters wearing winter hats and dancing to Christmas songs.

Food and Drinks
Universal Studios Japan will offer a variety of limited edition food and drinks for the holiday season starting on November 4.
The Christmas feast will be served at the Three Broomsticks restaurant inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The meal serves four people and comes with a salad, roast chicken, chipolata sausages, roasted potatoes, butter peas, brussels sprouts, carrots, gravy and cranberry sauce. The Christmas meal is a similar offering for individual guests and comes with leek and potato soup instead of the salad.
The creamy pasta soup meal from Snoopy’s Backlot Café is a rich and creamy pasta soup that comes served in a cute Snoopy bowl. The Minion caramel hot chocolate will be available at Delicious Me! The Cookie Kitchen.
Merchandise
The holiday season will also bring a variety of limited edition merchandise, including Hello Kitty headbands and keychains, Snoopy charms and Hogsmeade sweaters. For a full list of exclusive winter merchandise locations, please check the event area map.
