A salad bar restaurant that takes inspiration from New York’s healthy takeaway cafés. Launched in July 2016, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from Ebisu Station, and features communal wooden tables that create a casual lunch café atmosphere, and a long counter at the back displaying a wide variety of ingredients – delivered fresh from farmers – to mix and match. Standard salads on the menu include nine different varieties, and three seasonal dishes that change every three months. You can also order a custom-made salad by choosing your own mix of ingredients, which are quickly put together by the friendly staff.
