Experience the Magic of Hans Zimmer Live in Concert
World-renowned film score composer and producer Hans Zimmer will be performing in Yokohama’s Pia Arena MM.
Zimmer’s film scores are instantly recognizable, with an impressive portfolio including music for The Last Samurai, the Pirates of the Caribbean saga, The Dark Knight trilogy, The Prince of Egypt and Interstellar. Zimmer has also won two Academy Awards for Best Original Score for Disney’s The Lion King and Denis Villeneuve’s Dune. In total, he has worked on over 500 projects, which have grossed over $28 billion worldwide.
Beyond film scoring, Hans Zimmer has also been touring for live shows in recent years. After completing his second tour in Europe, he successfully completed his first North American tour, “Hans Zimmer Live,” which included two consecutive nights at the famous Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai in the Middle East, and a performance at the Singapore Grand Prix.
The newly arranged concert suites include music from many of Zimmer’s most popular scores.
Yokohama is the 5th stop in the Hans Zimmer Live “Asia and Australia” tour, followed by one other Japan stop in Nagoya (May 24).
