Japan has been experiencing a new wave of sake mania lately, and it’s due in part to a new generation of brewers, who are bringing new flavors and fresh ideas to the industry. Join Rebekah Wilson-Lye, a certified Advanced Sake Professional and sake enthusiast, as she gives an introduction to 7 innovative breweries from around the country, and explores the theme of ‘A Sense of Place’ through a guided tasting of their sake.
