A Valentine-Inspired Shochu Cocktail Experience
This February, Mizunara, a refined bar nestled in the atmospheric streets of Kagurazaka, is presenting a special collaboration with Wakashio Shuzo, a distillery from Shibushi city in Kagoshima Prefecture that is gaining attention for its new-generation shochu, including the acclaimed “Glow” series.
The collaboration features original cocktails that have been specially created by the bartending team at Mizunara. Connecting Kagoshima and Tokyo, the cocktails feature three spirits: aromatic Shochu “Glow EP05,” winner of the the Shochu Grand Prize for three consecutive years between 2022 and 2024, F-Spirits Cucumber and Lavender and 424 Gin – Juniper Berry Only.
