Eat and Drink Like a Hero
Animate Cafe in Ikebukuro and Nagoya will collaborate with My Hero Academia for a pop-up cafe with themed menu items and exclusive merchandise inspired by the hit manga and anime.
The cafe features new original artwork of the characters wearing cafe parlor uniforms. Matching the theme, the menu will include a variety of food, drinks and desserts such as Ochaco Uraraka’s toast plate, Shoto Todoroki’s curry stew, Izuku Midoriya’s Japanese sweets plate, Katsuki Bakugo’s chocolate lava cake.
The drink menu will be available in two parts, with original drinks available from August 2 to August 16, and from August 17 to August 31. Drinks include Toga Himiko’s syringe-filled blood orange drink, Endeavor’s blazing tomato lemon drink, Dabi’s blue smoke cider, All Might’s protein-infused caramel pudding drink and more.
The cafe will also have exclusive merchandise featuring the cafe artwork. Merchandise include acrylic stands, tin cases, keychains and stickers.
Applications for the cafe lottery will run through the Animate Cafe reservation website.
