Celebrate the Colorful Flavors and Culture of Brazil

Queens Isetan will hold a limited-time Brazilian-themed festival at multiple venues. Inspired by the Brazilian culture and Caranaval, the Gostoso (“delicious” in Portuguese) festival will offer guests the opportunity to experience Brazil’s festive atmosphere and bright cuisine.

The festival will feature various Brazilian fruits, famous dishes, snacks and alcohol. Guests can try a pitaya and açaí bowl, with Brazil’s popular and world-renowned fruit. Other offerings include coxinha (shredded chicken potato croquette) and pão de queijo (cheese bread). A special food truck will appear exclusively at the Musashisakai Queens Isetan store from February 13 to 15, with açaí cocoa and smoothies.

Brazil is also a famous producer of high-quality wines, though most of it is consumed domestically. The Gostoso festival will have various Brazilian wines available, including from Aurora, Brazil’s largest winery. On February 14, tasting events will be held in select stores. Customers who spend ¥5000 or more will receive an original bag featuring artwork from Brazilian illustrator Jana Grat.

Participating stores include Queens Isetan Sasazuka, Shin-koenji, Sengawa, Koishikawa, Kitaurawa, Shakujii Park, Motoyawata, Shinagawa, Shirokane Takanawa, Musashino-sakai, Mejiro, Kokubunji, Shinkoiwa and Jujo. Please note that some products may have different sales periods.
