Cardio Barre

By Weekender Editor

Originally founded in Los Angeles by dancer and choreographer Richard Giorla, Cardio Barre now has several studios in Tokyo. Combining ballet barre exercises with cardio, Cardio Barre helps sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body to achieve that dancer-like toned body. This is the ultimate high-energy, low-impact workout for those who want to combine ballet techniques with plenty of toning and strengthening. Don’t worry if you’re inexperienced in ballet as there is no complicated choreography involved. Just imagine you’re doing ballet in a club. That’s the feeling.

How Much: From around ¥13,000 per month.
