Peter: The Bar

By Weekender Editor

Located on The Peninsula Tokyo’s 24th floor, Peter: The Bar is the epitome of sophistication. The view is unrivaled — the bar looks over Imperial Palace Gardens and Hibiya Park, as well as the energetic Ginza district. Cocktail concoctions vary from vintage classics to Peter’s own signature drinks, including Tokyo Joe, which uses a mix of Bombay Sapphire, Ume liqueur, Drambuie, and cranberry and lemon juice.

Happy Hour runs from 5 to 8pm, Sundays to Thursdays.
