Okura

By Claire Chauvel

Tucked away in the heart of trendy Daikanyama, Okura epitomizes the simple yet elegant nature of Japanese fashion. Okura’s designs are modern but informed by and made using traditional craft skills. Almost everything is dyed in natural indigo, a staple in Japanese fashion since ancient times. Everything at the shop is made in Japan.

Tip: Okura’s location also houses an excellent spot for lunch and curry named Bombay Bazaar.
