Experience the Glamour and Quality from Beloved Brands
In honor of “Shinise no Hi,” a day that celebrates long-established businesses, the Shinise Festival & Local Specialty Market will be held in the Fukutoku no Mori Nakadori area Nihonbashi area.
The event offers the opportunity for guests to experience the traditional culture and products from long-established businesses across Japan.

Now in its fifth year, this event will be themed around the concept of “Signature x Something Special.” The venue is adjacent to Fukutoku Shrine, which has long been cherished by the local community for its blessings related to business prosperity and success in competitions. Guests can shop for exquisite products from long-established brands, attend seminars, taste various sake and learn about the innovative challenges of sake breweries. A special performance of Kanze-ryu Noh will kick off the event. Catch other performances by domestic and international artists throughout the festival period.

The festival will offer a variety of food and drinks, such as Iseju’s famous Japanese black beef sukiyaki, Edomae Shibahamas’s traditional Negima Nabe (a refined dish of tuna and leek served in a delicate bonito broth), Toriyasu’s duck sukiyaki and Isegen’s simmered monkfish. Food and drink tickets can also be purchased online. A Noh theater performance of the second half of the play “Toru” will be limited to 40 special guests.
The event’s adjacent Shinise & Local Specialty Summit will take place inside the Nomura Conference Plaza, on the fifth floor.
