The Debut of a New Contemporary Jazz Quartet
Contemporary jazz guitar master Lage Lund is making his debut leading his own quartet unit.
Originally from Norway, Lund moved to Boston on a scholarship to Berklee College of Music. He later relocated to New York and became the first electric guitarist to be accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School. Lund has collaborated with other legends including Maria Schneider, Kurt Elling, Seamus Blake and Ari Hoenig. Through his quartet, Lund will present a rich and immersive experience into the world of contemporary jazz.
This performance will feature Lage Lund on guitar, Mark Turner on saxaphone, Vicente Archer on bass and Johnathan Blake on drums.
