The high contrast world of celebrated photographer Daido Moriyama is on show at Taka Ishii Gallery. See 18 prints from Moriyama’s 1981 series Light and Shadow, which captured everyday objects and street scenes in what would become his signature black and white style.
With renewed international focus following an acclaimed recent retrospective in London, this is a chance to see earlier works which inspired Moriyama’s artistic direction.
