Rooftop Films in Ikebukuro offers a (free!) chance to cool off with an evening movie during these scorching August weeks.
With the ongoing heatwave that kickstarted August, very little can be done outdoors without shedding a vast amount of sweat. However, Parco in Ikebukuro is always one to host fun events on its rooftop, and we think the weather up there is a little more balmy, especially at nighttime. For the next few days, Parco will be showing a selection of movies that will probably please the crowds.
Upcoming movies this week include must-see (and always great to re-watch) ‘Trainspotting’ and Japanese anime Summer Wars, with the event closing next week with a first screening of zombie romance movie ‘Warm Bodies’. Below is the full schedule – click here for more information on exact times.
