Censu Tokyo will begin accepting reservations for its Christmas course starting Wednesday, October 21, 2026. In addition to the Christmas course, available for six days only from Monday, December 21, to Saturday, December 26, a special takeout-only roast chicken will also be available from Thursday, December 24, to Saturday, December 26.
The nine-course Christmas-exclusive menu, “New Classic Noël,” features dishes that showcase the unique sensibility of Chef Kanasu, who is trained in French cuisine.
Highlights include sashimi-style buri daikon, playful crab cream croquettes, a luxurious surf-and-turf-style pie filled with Spanish mackerel and abalone and foie gras and beef fillet Rossini with a rich Madeira and truffle sauce. The experience concludes with a festive dessert of strawberry mousse, chocolate ice cream and matcha crumble.
