A Wellness-Inspired Daily Buffet
Seascape Terrace Dining at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba reopened on July 13, 2026, following a major renovation. The 174-seat restaurant offers panoramic views of Tokyo Bay, Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, alongside a wellness-focused menu featuring regional organic produce, Toyosu seafood and fermented ingredients.
Through September 13, Seascape Terrace Dining is serving a newly renovated wellness-inspired daily buffet featuring organic local vegetables, Toyosu seafood, fermented ingredients, shio-koji Wagyu beef at lunch and roast beef at dinner.
Alongside the buffet, a jewelry-themed dessert buffet runs on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 15:30 to 17:00, featuring colorful macaron towers, jewel-like glass jellies and seasonal fruit tarts.
