A Fireworks Spectacle by the Bay
Building momentum for the Yokohama Green Expo, an international horticultural exposition to be held in 2027, the Minato Mirai Festival will have a musical fireworks display that illuminates Yokohama’s summer night sky.
The show will feature a massive 25-minute, 20,000-shell, music-synchronized pyrotechnics display. The show will also feature live entertainment and DJ performances to accompany the illuminations. With such a large spectacle, the fireworks can be enjoyed from multiple venues. The festival recommends its designated venues at Minato Mirai 21 District, Rinko Park, Cup Noodles Museum Park and Yokohama Hammerhead.
Paid viewing areas will also be available. Tickets range from ¥12,000 to ¥48,000 and can be booked online via Ticket Pia. No refunds will be offered, including cancellation due to severe weather. For more information on each venue and ticket type, please visit the official event website.
