Experience Summer Fireworks in the Stadium
The 2026 Jingu Gaien Fireworks Festival will feature around 10,000 fireworks launched over the Jingu Stadium area, accompanied by major live musical performances.
The festival will have two paid viewing venues: Jingu Stadium and Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium. Jingu Stadium is the undisputed main attraction of the whole festival, and will feature live performances by various artists to accompany the spectacle. Reserved seats range from ¥11,000 and ¥15,000. Doors will open at 16:00, and the show will start at 17:00.
The Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium venue is the most convenient option in terms of proximity to the station, and offers a hidden gem attraction. The fireworks will be launched across the rugby field for an incredible show. The stadium will also feature live performances. The Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium reserved standing seats are available for ¥7,000.
For both venues, visitors must have a ticket to enter. There are no free viewing areas. While the festival is scheduled for August 8, the following day August 9 is reserved for rescheduling in case of bad weather.
