One of the Season’s Biggest Fireworks Display

The 51st Edogawa Fireworks Festival will take place on August 1, alongside the Edogawa riverbank. 

The festival is highly anticipated annual summer event which features roughly 14,000 fireworks synchronized to music for a spectacular show. The world’s tallest fireworks display, the “Fuji no Daikageki,” and many more advanced fireworks displays will be launched at the festival. 

The Edogawa Fireworks Festival is renowned as a dynamic, themed spectacle with breathtaking pyrotechnics. The grand opening of the fireworks show is an explosive start — with around 1,000 fireworks launched in just the first five seconds.

Free viewing areas available along the riverbank. But as the festival is a very popular event that draws many spectators, reserved paid seats are also offered. Reserved seating ranges from ¥2,000 to ¥20,000 and can be booked through Rakuten Ticket.
