Enter a Summer Treat Paradise

Hilton Tokyo will host a summer sweets buffet, themed as the “Lemon Beach House,” at the hotel’s Marble Lounge by executive pastry chef Ratheesh Nair.

The lounge will be fully decorated with pastel-colored surfboards and beach umbrellas, creating an immersive summer paradise as a backdrop for colorful treats. The buffet will feature 20 luxurious beach house-inspired sweets that implement seasonal fruits such as lemons, melons and muscat grapes. There will also be a wide selection of chilled sweets such as ice cream, sherbet and soft serve.

Each treat is expertly decorated to fit the beach house and summer theme. The Lemon Squeezer chiffon cake, Emerald Lagoon melon sponge cake, Citrus Parasol lemon and pistachio dacquoise, Float Ring chamomile peach mousse and Coconut Pool white chocolate ganache mousse are just come of the centerpieces of the spread. Other smaller treats include vanilla pavlova, watermelon jelly, mango panna cotta and more.

Though it is a sweets-focused buffet, there will also be eight savory options and light meals like a refreshing chilled beet and potato soup, Hawaiian baguette pizza and Greek-style lemon roast chicken.

Non-alcoholic cocktails will be served at the “Tiki Bar” corner. Drinks include a Blue Hawaii and the orange cocktail Amber Tropicana. A variety of teas and coffees will also be available.

Guests can book the Lemon Beach House buffet online. Special web booking offers and add-ons are also available by reservation. The buffet will be open for two sessions each day: from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Entry per person on weekdays will be ¥5700 for adults and ¥3400 for children (4-12 years old). Children under three years old can enter for free. During weekends and holidays, entry is ¥6500 for adults and ¥3800 for children.
