Savor Seasonal Strawberries and Traditional Sweets
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba’s Japanese restaurant Sakura is currently hosting its inaugural Japanese x Strawberry Dessert Buffet, held exclusively on weekends and holidays until May 17.
The buffet features classic favorites such as strawberry shortcake and strawberry tarts. It also includes traditional Japanese elements, such as anmitsu (chilled dessert bowl) drizzled with a refreshing, tart strawberry sauce and melt-in-your-mout warabimochi (bracken starch dumplings). In addition to sweets, the restaurant is offering a variety of savory dishes prepared with the same attention to detail found in its signature Japanese cuisine.
