Red Hot Chili Peppers, X Japan, Panic! at the Disco, Metronomy, and er, the Village People play on Sunday 14th. The great news; you can go on both days! Now Chiba may not be the hippest part of Japan, but when 100,000 music mad festival goers hit the Marine stadium you can guarantee a good time.
