Yomiuri Land Jewellumination
*Some facilities suspended*
The spectacular ‘Jewellumination’ returns to Yomiuri Land amusement park. Located less than an hour from Shinjuku Station, these illuminations are the largest in the metropolitan area, incorporating over 6 million lights. This year the dazzling jewel-like lights displays are themed around Mount Olympus and Greek mythology, designed by Motoko Ishii. In addition to the special water fountain show and various seasonal events, just walking around the park after sundown is the picture perfect setting for a unforgettable night of fun with friends and family or a romantic wonderland.
The long running event stretches all through the fall and winter holiday season, past Valentine’s Day and White Day, right up to the end of cherry blossom season when they illuminate the park’s 180-meter avenue of cherry blossom trees.
Note that the park attractions operation times may vary in different seasons and between daytime and nighttime.
