Grab Your Gear: Limited Rewards and Freebies

Starting April 7, 2026, shoppers can pick up original Animal Crossing tote bags when purchasing two qualifying ice cream items. These bags come in two colors — sky blue and soft green — and are made from a lightweight material suited for carrying lunch boxes or small essentials.

For those who use the FamiPay app, a stamp system offers a chance to win a curated gift box from Mitea Organic featuring a full collection of character-themed lip colors. Fans looking for digital content can also find download cards for game expansions which double as entry tickets for a travel pouch and multi-case giveaway.

From Plushies to Skincare: The Lifestyle Collection

The collaboration also features the “Welcome Back! Happy Memories” Ichiban Kuji, a lottery-style release that brings back popular items from previous collections. Priced at 790 yen, the lineup includes functional household pieces like a Timmy and Tommy plush tissue case, a “Nook Stop” sound bank and an Isabelle alarm clock.

For a more subtle look, the store’s “Convenience Wear” line now includes socks with Tom Nook’s leaf motif and a versatile 3-way towel-in-pouch. Additionally, the Mitea ORGANIC beauty line offers skincare kits and lipsticks that focus on quality ingredients paired with themed packaging.

Explore Island Life: Immersive Decor and Bonuses

To round out the event, FamilyMart has decorated three flagship stores in Tokyo and Osaka with full Animal Crossing wraps, creating a themed environment for visitors. These locations, including the Kaigan Sanchoume and Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel branches in Tokyo and Osaka Airport-front branch in Osaka, feature special interior decorations that mirror the game’s atmosphere.

For fans elsewhere, a simple GPS check-in via the Nintendo Store app at any FamilyMart location unlocks an exclusive smartphone wallpaper. This campaign is part of FamilyMart’s broader initiative to offer more engaging and community-focused experiences beyond traditional retail.
