On Saturday, September 20, 2025, Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba invites guests to an exclusive culinary evening at the Tamba Wine Restaurant. This special event centers on a premium full-course pairing dinner featuring locally sourced seafood, seasonal Kyotamba vegetables, and rare vintage Tamba wines not available commercially.
Curated in collaboration with Tamba Wine, the menu includes seven refined courses — from amuse to dessert — and four handpicked wines specially selected by Tamba winemakers to complement the fresh, regional ingredients.
