Medicha is a meditation studio that opened its doors in early 2019. Inspired by the methods of New York-based mindfulness teacher Jeremy Hunter, it provides a unique ambiance for those familiar with meditation or a modern introduction to those just starting out. It studio offers four distinct meditation experiences. Each session lasts 80 minutes. When booking your spot, select a guided meditation course of your choice (offered in English or Japanese).
