A Taste of the Whimsical Horror

Tokyu Plaza Shibuya will collaborate with Netflix for an immersive experience inspired by the Emmy Award-winning South Korean series Squid Game.

The experience recreates the sets and games showcased in the Netflix show. Participants start by scanning their faces to register as “players” just like in the series. Players then go through a total of six games, including tug of war, marbles and mingle. Luckily, participants can continue playing whether or not they successfully complete each round. One final winner will be selected at the end of the experience.

The Squid Game experience will also include photo zones, a variety of food and drinks and a special merchandise area themed around “Young-Hee’s Playground.”

The experience will take place inside Shibuya Fukuras. Up to 20 people can participate in each session. The games will run for approximately 90 minutes.

Tickets are available on E-plus. Weekday tickets are ¥3900 for adults (university students and above) ¥3300 for children and ¥76000 for private bookings. Weekend and holiday tickets are ¥4100 for adults (university students and above), ¥3500 for children and ¥80000 for private bookings.
