This year, the final of the “Gran Concorso di Cucina” will be opening to viewing from the general public. Spectators will be able to taste the amazing dishes produced by the finalists, and vote on who they think should be crowned the winner.

Finalists and Judges

This year’s finalists are Chef Keisuke Tsuda of Osteria Kaede, and Chef Maki Ikenobe, from Il Senso restaurant. The competition will be adjucated by Matteo Poggi (Al Cambio, Bologna), Patrizia di Benedetto (Bye Bye Blues, Tokyo), Elio Orsara (Elio Locanda Italiana) and Paolo Mazzini (Leone Marciano).
