International Day of Peace was celebrated this week (Sept 21st) with celebrations all over the world dedicated to world peace. As a practitioner of yoga, I am so grateful for the peace yoga has brought to my life, and happened upon a quote that day that really resonated with me.
I had also spent an intense 3 days studying Indian Head massage with Master teacher, Bliss Prema http://www.blissprema.com. Indian Head Massage is a powerful therapeutic and nurturing massage that releases stress and tension and clears the bodies energy centres, including the heart chakra.
I am excited to be able to share this practice as I go out on the road again- another way that I can contribute to wellness and a more loving and peaceful world.
