June is heating up, but come cool down with TW at our party at Or, Miyashita Park.
This is a chance to chat with fellow creatives in Tokyo. Several writers, photographers, designers and artists who are part of TW in some shape or form will be there. As will many of the stars interviewed in our latest issue.
Early birds will have the chance to wear a yukata designed by Natsuki Shigeta. She will bring her creations to exhibit and will help anyone interested in trying one on during the first hour of the event.
We have also created an original refreshing citrusy cocktail for this event. It’s a must-try.
We have five DJs on the decks throughout the night, taking us on a musical rollercoaster. The master of funky vibes, Harro will start things off with a dose of funkadelic bliss. Up next is Or’s own DJ Fujiko and DJ Abilio, who will serve up some delicious Japanese city pop and future funk. The night will progress into electro-funk, dirty disco and more via the sets of Yujin and DJason.
Plus, we have a surprise act that we will not reveal, but it’s going to rock. You can trust us on that.
