A Night of Unforgettable Laughs
Tokyo Comedy Bar, in partnership with Baird Brewing, is proud to announce Lebanese-American comedy star Sammy Obeid as the official opening night headliner of the Baird 2025 Tokyo International Comedy Festival (TICF). Obeid will perform at Mame Romantic in Daikanyama on September 11, 2025.
Running from September 11 – 21, TICF will showcase an eclectic lineup of over 60 shows featuring top talent from both Japan and abroad. The festival includes English and Japanese stand-up comedy, international roast battles, Tokyo Hoe Tales and live recordings of acclaimed podcasts such as LA’s Roast Battle League Weekly and Japan’s own Badonkadonk.
Comedians will be flying in from cities such as Toronto, Los Angeles, New York and London, performing alongside Tokyo-based favorites like Shota Saimu, Yurié Collins and Tokyo Comedy Bar founder BJ Fox.
