Immerse Yourself in Sakura Season
Welcoming in the spring season, the Nihonbashi Muromachi area will hold the 13th annual Sakura Fes Nihonbashi from March 18 to April 5, with flower-themed goods, treats, photo spots and illuminations.
The entire Nihonbashi area will be transformed into a cherry blossom landscape with “Sakura Noren” — special pink noren curtains displayed on buildings throughout the neighborhood — and an expanded “Sakura Light Up” event for fantastically lit cherry blossoms. Additionally, after 16:00, the streets will light up with pink to match the blooms.
Approximately 200 stores in the Nihonbashi area will be offering cherry blossom-themed menus. The event will offer an outdoor cafe at Coredo Muromachi Terrace Plaza, where you can enjoy aesthetic parfaits and other treats. The parfait event will be available in two periods, from March 18 to March 21 and April 3 to April 5 from 11:00-18:00. At the Sakura Yatai, open on March 28 and 29 from 12:00 to 18:00, guests can enjoy traditional Nihonbashi flavors and limited edition menus with a spring motif.
